2. In-App Purchases and Payments

The Application offers voluntary In-App Purchases:

• Remove Ads — a one-time purchase that permanently disables the main advertisements in the application.
• Donations — voluntary contributions to support the development of the application ($1, $5, $10, $50).

All payments are processed and handled exclusively through the official Apple App Store or Google Play Store platforms using the RevenueCat service.

We never collect, process, or store your payment or banking card details. The RevenueCat service may collect anonymized (non-personally identifiable) purchase data to ensure the proper management of purchases and subscriptions. 3. Purchase Restoration and Refund Policy

• Restore Purchases: Users can restore their purchases at any time from the application settings (e.g., when changing devices or reinstalling the application).
• Refunds: All in-app purchases and donations made within the Application are final and non-refundable.

4. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Application uses third-party services, specifically the Google AdMob advertising system. AdMob may automatically collect non-personal and device-related data, such as:

• Device type and operating system
• Advertising Identifiers (Advertising ID)

This data is used for displaying advertisements, frequency capping, and selecting relevant ads, in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

5. User Choice and Control

Users can restrict ad tracking in their device settings using the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework or the Android "Limit Ad Tracking" option.

Since we do not store personal or payment data, it is not collected on our servers. Data processed by official third-party services (Google, Apple, RevenueCat) is protected solely in accordance with their respective security and privacy policies.

7. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended to intentionally collect personal data from children. If such a case arises through third-party services, it is governed by the policies of the respective service.

8. Use of Advertisements

Advertisements displayed in the Application are optional (e.g., rewarded ads) and do not affect the core functionality of the game. Users can continue playing without being forced to watch ads (or can disable them completely via the "Remove Ads" purchase).
